Is it healthy to eat 2,5-3g of protein per body pound?
(I am from Europe so i use kg)
I weight 41-42 kg and im 15 years old, im trying to gain some (healthy) weight but im afraid of gaining fat… I want to build muscles…
So im trying to eat at least 50-60 g of protein per day…
Sometimes i overdoing it with 100g… Is this good for my health or the too much protein will be stored as fat? And how many protein can i eat/ it is healthy to eat ?
Btw i like to eat potatoes for carbs (with my lunch/dinner)
Boiled/baked…
But i overdoing it sometimes….
Do you have any tips or smth..?
