I’ll tell everyone about you *MR OBALAR* coming across your YouTube channel was a blessing, I’m free from hpv, victory at last.
Doctors do not want to find out the root cause they immediately write a prescription!!
Learned a lot but sometimes what he says is confusing. For instance he said suggested to cut out processed foods but then goes to say that vegans/vegetarians should use protein powders. From my researched most protein powders are stuffed with fillers and are ultra processed.
Fish oil, creatine , magnesium, vitamin d3 k2 , ag1
With a body like that I call that this guy is all crap
good
Hi Jay! i usually hear your podcasts while I’m about to sleep or taking nap. But this time it’s difficult as Your voice and Dr. Shah"s voices are same and I’m like what was the questions and who is answering it 😮? Great information provided. Thank you.
There is so much info on this one that I am going to have to watch it a couple of times to really get all the info.

Bummer. I cannot afford to buy ANYTHING mentioned here…not even good healthy organic food. Always, those who need it most cannot afford it 😢.
I am an Indian. Never been anywhere except my home state.
I have been exposed to Western culture, Western eating culture from childhood through medias and my family members travelling to Western countries.
I always wondered how could people eat something that came in a package. I am amost 40 now. Now I see that everywhere around me. It has become normal thing where I live. It is only gaining more momentum now.
First when I came across packed foods I thought that was sick. Then, years later because everyone was doing it I thought It was good.
Fast forward right now, I eat 95% unprocessed foods only. The rest I seem to have no control over. I did ultra processed food between 2020 to 2022. I entirely lived on it because these foods were becoming more available and more popular. You know, you can easily find a candy that is made six thousand miles away than you can find raw carrots.
Again the new wave of avoiding the processed foods and packed foods happeing in the same Western culture has helped me. Without this new wisdom that these people are spreading I would have continued to be completely engulfed in this unhealthy food habits.
My new lifestyle includes everything in moderation. I do move all day. I don’t really walk at a good pace. I do very relaxed walks, they call it Vipassana walks. Most days, for my coffee/tea I walk two kms. The 60 calories I get from coffee/tea is burnt like that.
I eat more protein, more fat, less sugar and carbohydrates. If I eat sugars or simple carbs I make sure I have Psyllium Husk before or with it.
I try veriety in my food choices. Learned this from watching videos like this. They say 30 plant bases products a week or day, something like that is really good. I don’t count. But I eat different foods.
Still most of my diet is meat based. I like more meat in my diet than vegetables.
I avoid seed oils, especially the ultra proccesed ones.
I eat less but eat nutrient heavy low calorie foods.
I do intermittent fasting thrice or twice weekly.
I do bodyweight exercises, I do run-in-place and skipping couple of times a week. I go cycling once a week.
I make sure my exercise regimen is as diverse as my diet.
I try to sleep early and wake up early.
Do breathing exercises and occasionally meditation.
I don’t drink alcohol, never smoke.
I take supplements for Magnesium, zinc, vit d ,k2 and vit b1. I also use potassium chloride as salt alternative. I replaced 10 percentage of my salt intake from Potassium chloride.
I like to do cross brain exercises, soduku etc. I am right hand dominant but try to do many things with my left hand.
All the things I do ,I don’t do on a cyclic weekly pattern like many. I do what I can do when I can do. Don’t stick to a pattern. Make it more easy on you. Don’t force yourself, just improve your philosophy. The things I do don’t take up any time. It feels like how it always used to be. I don’t have a time shortage.
Like mentioned in the video, never put pressure on yourself. Just do what you can do. If you can’t do it today, then do it tomorrow.
I am not sure if this lifestyle is going to help me stay happy, peaceful and disease-free. But this seems more natural for human beings, on an evolutionary basis.
Definitely have to check your numbers because you are right as doctors don’t say anything if your numbers are a little high. I just wish I knew how to shrink thyroid nodules and what the cause of them growing. Can you tell me as I am schedule to get half removed this month although benign it is very big 7.2cm . What did I do to get a nodule that big? Help
This video is powerful. I think mental health is so much more important than physical health because you need to be mentally stable in order to be physically in shape. Your body is an extension of your mind. Start slowly, work on one thing you do not like about yourself. Pick one bad habit and create a new habit to override that old habit. Try starting to eat better, focus on one meal a day. Consistency is key, awareness plays a huge part too. If you do this for 6 months, your life will be in a much better place. Stay healthy everyone!
No! This guy is typical influencer that does not impress me.

Very inspiring
Another wonderful episode. Thank you both
Ok…just listening to this and it seems phenomenal….i walked away from doctors and got
Healthier.
1.5 protein is a myth. Look at size of your stomach pocket.
It isn’t massive if you hve 3 meals a day it a luxury. Not necessity. Don’t over load. Keep it moderate have protein regularly. Your body is not sitting with a clock waiting each day for protein unless you are train heavily or sports guy. Moderation moderation moderation. Eat pray sleep repeat. Check the quality of your thoughts, your feelings, your relation. Make sure you are depressed. Stay happy eat clean.🙏

Thanks to these two gentleman. How is nobody talking about how they are trying to censor books like "Health and Beauty Mastery" for exposing industry lies.
There is a permanent cure for herpes with herbal remedies, Dr Ozuka on YouTube cured me and my partner .
I just realised who you sound like.
Westwood 😂
Mean average of weight for men is 199lbs, mean average if women 164 lbs. So the "most people weigh 150lbs is way off. It should be get 1 gram of protein per KG of bodyweight unless you are really weight training and breaking down muscle
Great video. I tell people all of the time "Rest Equals Rust" You really do become what you think. 🌿

Dr. Nathan Chambers and his book "Grow Beyond" helped me a lot to truly get to know myself and overcome personal challenges. I would strongly reccomend to everyone.
Been listening to a lot of talks like this lately. Truly this is one of the very informative that I’ve listened to so far. I’m gonna be the CEO of my own health! Thank you!
It’d be great for episodes like this if you had someone type up notes because as a mom who listens while cooking or cleaning or watching my baby I can’t always take notes and I’m sure a lot of people are like me. I’m going to have to listen to this multiple multiple multiple times to get all the tests written down for my family! Just an idea. I’m sure this comment will get lost though.
